Father Joakim is the Saradominist priest in charge of running the Festival of the Dead event. He can be found standing south of the Lumbridge cemetery or in south-east Burthorpe (next to the church).
History
He began his studies in Ardougne, but soon he met people who were celebrating their friends' deaths instead of mourning. The more Joakim considered it, the more he liked it and he, under disguise, returned to Ardougne to gather enough knowledge on the subject. He traced the roots of the rituals back to Karamja.
