Fadli is the banker at the Duel Arena. He is also the owner of the Shop of Distaste, where you can buy rotten tomatoes for 1 coin each, these can be thrown at other players. Fadli also serves as a collection point for your Grand Exchange items.
According to Fadli, he is the best warrior in Al Kharid.

- Fadli (فضلي) is an Arabic name meaning "one's credit" as in 'taking credit for an action'.
- Although his examine and his expression on his face says he's bored, when one's Grand Exchange's offer is updated or completed, he will appear to be excited for a split second.
