Carwen Essencebinder is a character found in Burthorpe, south of Xuan's tent, in her store. She is the Runecrafting skill tutor. She can also teleport players to Rune Essence Mine. She owns the shop which is run by Apprentice Clara.
Note: Her teleport to the essence mine will not count toward the abyss miniquest.
