A Sealed funnel is an item used in the Flash Powder Factory. The funnel is used to add reagents to the mixer machine as well as to gain charge from the charge machine. However, since the funnel will be in the inventory all game and these functions are automatic, players need not directly use it in any way.
The funnel can also be used to check status - this gives information on how many points will be gained per flash powder batch, and any bonuses that currently apply to the point gain.
