Emilia is a resident of Burgh de Rott, a small town in southern Morytania. She has a very small part to play in Runescape, as she is not a quest NPC and is not attackable. Through dialogue, Emilia says how she hopes to flee Morytania via the Paterdomus, which would then allow her safe passage to Misthalin.
