Dung is a troll chef on Death Plateau. Since trolls are named after the first thing they try to eat, he probably tried to eat dung.
Dung stands next to Ash at the centre of the Plateau just in-front of the Cooking Pot they both maintain.
Dung and the second troll chef, Ash often argue with each other about the best ways of cooking humans, Dung argues that humans taste better when fried and Ash argues back that they taste better boiled.
When the player searches the Cooking pot in My Arm's Big Adventure the troll cooks attack. They hope to put players in the stew for dinner.
