Dalldav is an elf who runs the Lletya Archery Shop in the rebel elf settlement of Lletya. Dalldav provides the elves in Lletya with weaponry, but also sells his wares to human adventurers, carrying iron, steel, mithril, adamant, and rune arrows, as well as bronze bolts, crossbows, oak shortbows, oak longbows, willow shortbows and willow longbows.
