Curpile Fyod is a guard who watches over the Hollow tree, the entrance to the Myreque's first hideout. He can be found in The Hollows in Mort Myre Swamp, wielding a Steel sword and what seems to be a bronze roundshield.
Although the player can speak with him during the In Search of the Myreque quest, afterward he tells the player to leave him alone so he can concentrate on being a guard.
It is possible that he remains on guard in order to keep an eye on the Mort Myre in general. Though the base is abandoned, the cave still provides a safe route into Canifis, which could prove useful if the Myreque ever have reason to attack the werewolves there. Also, though none save the player are aware of this, he is unwittingly guarding the location to Ivandis Seergaze's tomb.

- After the steel weapons have been delivered, Curpile wields a steel sword instead.
