The Crystal halberd is a non-existent crystal weapon that has often been speculated to be released sometime in the future.
The main source of speculation comes from Ilfeen when taking an unenchanted crystal seed to her. She says, "I can only make shields and bows. I've been trying to make halberds but I can't get the melody just right yet." This phrase could easily be a hint that the weapon may be released at some point in the future.
Crystal halberds are referenced in the Game Guide, which tells readers that Ilfeen has not yet mastered the enchantment of crystal in that way yet. The crystal halberd is also mentioned by a player in Postbag 9.<ref>Jagex. Postbag 9 - "Sawdust, Wallbeasts and Kebabs!", Letter 7. Postbags from the Hedge. *</ref>
A second source of confusion comes in viewing the weapons wielded by various elves throughout Tirannwn. Some players may believe that the elven warriors wield crystal halberds as they can hit players behind obstacles; however, examining an elf warrior ("I don't wanna be at the wrong end of that pike") suggests that the weapon is actually a crystal pike or spear. Level 108 Mourners also seem to wield these pikes.
