Crux Eqal
Crux Eqal is an underground organisation of Druids and perhaps others who are currently working to combat the threat of the Mahjarrat, particularly Lucien, and their affiliates. Crux Eqal is heavily involved in the While Guthix Sleeps quest, although much of its activity remains highly secret and unknown. In Postbag From the Hedge 36, Fiara revealed that Crux Eqal is tasked with protecting the Fist of Guthix from any further damage after Saradominist knights vandalised the area.
Crux Eqal seems to be directed primarily by druids of Taverley, and Thaerisk Cemphier appears to be its leader. However, its exact leadership structure is unknown.
The druids worship Guthix. During the While Guthix Sleeps quest, Crux Eqal forms a loose alliance with some followers of two more gods:
- The Guardians of Armadyl, who follow Armadyl
- The Temple Knights, who are an ancient order dedicated to Saradomin
In the quest it seems that the followers of the different gods have some difficulties in working together.
