Council of Elders

The Council of Elders is the leading government body of the Ice Mountain Dwarven Colony, a hidden settlement found beneath Ice Mountain in northern Asgarnia. The Council appears only in the first RuneScape novel, Betrayal at Falador.

In the novel, Kara-Meir, Doric, Squire Theodore, and Gar'rth visit the Council in an effort to gain their support in the War of 164. The Council ultimately agrees due aid Asgarnia, in part due to Kara-Meir's ability to repair the amulet of King Alvis's queen.
