Roast bird meat is obtained by cooking raw bird meat. Players can only cook it by using raw bird meat on an iron spit and then on a fire. It heals 60 lifepoints when eaten. Players must have at least level 11 Cooking to be able to cook it. Gives 62 exp when cooked Bird meat can come from any birds, except chickens. Raw bird meat is high priced due to its high yield of cooking experience and being a tertiary Summoning ingredient, but roasted bird meat is priced low due to its low LP given when eaten.
