Constant Tedder is the co-founder and former CEO of Jagex Ltd.<ref name="tedder">IP Profile: RuneScape. Develop (19 May 2008). Retrieved on 18 May 2011.</ref> On 23 October 2007, Constant Tedder stepped down as CEO and was replaced by Geoff Iddison.
In 2007 Constant travelled over 3,200 miles unsupported across the Mediterranean from Barcelona to Beirut on jetskis with university friend Pablo Guadalmina. He is an adventurist environmentalist and co-founder of Greenspaces, and recently founded a renewable energy startup called Dawn Energy Ltd.<ref>Ice Cap Station.*</ref>
