The Competition Judge resides in the Ranging Guild in Hemenster. Players must pay him 200 coins to begin the Archery competition within the guild. He provides players with 10 bronze arrows which they may use to shoot the targets in the competition arena, though players may use their own arrows as long as they are bronze. For every 10 points received, the Competition Judge awards players with one archery ticket which they can trade in with the Ticket Merchants near the entrance of the Ranging Guild.
