Colonel Payne

Colonel Payne is a character in the first RuneScape novel, Betrayal at Falador. Payne was the leader of the Falador City Guard, but perished during the Siege of Falador when the Kinshra charged the white knight cavalry. He was succeeded by Captain Ingrew.
