Clan Celebration Month was a new idea introduced by Jagex to promote and celebrate clans<ref>Mod Timbo. "Clan Blog and Clan Celebration Month". 29 January 2010. RuneScape News. *</ref>. During the month of February 2010, there was to be an introduction week, a skilling week, a special week and a combat week where Jagex concentrated on and celebrated a specific aspect of the RuneScape clan community.
The month-long event was announced in Clan Blog and Clan Celebration Month on 29 January 2010.
