Circus barkers inform players of the location of the Balthazar Beauregard's Big Top Bonanza. They can usually be found near banks, or in other important landmarks within a city.
The circus barkers do not actually bring the player into the circus, but only mention the location of the circus. To get into the circus, players need to obtain a Circus ticket from the Ticket vendor.
There are 3 types of barkers, each resembling one of the three assistants found within the circus: Magic, Ranged, and Agility.
