Chocolate drops were obtained by trick-or-treating around Port Sarim, Draynor Village, and Rimmington during the 2008 Hallowe'en event. Four of them are given to Maggie to obtain a piece of the Warlock set (if the player is male) or a piece of the Witch set (if the player is female). It is reported that the chocolate drop is very common to obtain from trick-or-treating.
Eating a chocolate drop healed 3 hitpoints (30 life points).
Chocolate drops disappeared at the end of the 2008 Hallowe'en event on 11 November 2008.
