White elegant blouse is a formal, fancy item of Elegant clothing that can be obtained from level 2 Treasure Trails. The white elegant blouse is usually worn with a white elegant skirt. A full costume set can be stored in the Costume room of a Player-owned house.

After recently being updated, the sleeves/gloves/arms have been changed to a slight grey colour rather than white like the rest of the item of clothing, before the Grand Exchange prices had skyrocketed to up to three million gp and slowly decreased to around 560k. This set is currently the second most expensive elegant set below black elegant clothing.
