Citharede robe top is an equipable reward from the One Piercing Note quest. When worn with the rest of the Citharede robes, it will restore prayer points when listening to a musician.
During the quest, it is used to make a dummy to trap the killer.
Being related to Saradomin, this robe top gives protection to Saradomin followers in the God Wars Dungeon. Likewise, it will change your appearance in Castle Wars if you enter a Zamorak or Guthix portal (along with the other robe items).
