Charlie the cook is the chef (and part owner) for The Shrimp and Parrot restaurant in Brimhaven. He is a member of the Phoenix Gang, and plays a role in the Heroes Quest, where you have to give him the password "Gherkin" to assure him you are of his gang, and he will tell you there is a secret panel in the kitchen.
