Charlie is zookeeper involved in the Eagles' Peak quest. He starts the quest by asking an adventurer to track down Nickolaus who went hunting for a new exhibit for the zoo.
Charlie can return lost penguin suits and eagle capes. After Eagles' Peak is complete players can use a ferret on Charlie as if to offer him another.
