The Chaos portal, located in the Dagon'Hai caves, is a portal to the Chaos altar that becomes available during the What Lies Below quest. A chaos or omni-talisman is needed to use this portal. A tiara or staff version of either of the talismans will also suffice. It appears to look like the portals used to exit from Runecrafting altars or those found within the Chaos Tunnels.
