The cat-dance emote is performed when a player has a cat staff and a cat mask equipped. Due to the rarity of a player having both items the cat-dance emote is barely seen and is not commonly known. The emote was released along with the elite treasure trails update. Like other emotes you cannot perform it while under attack. The cat staff cannot be lent, but the cat mask can.
