Cap and goggles are a combination of Gnome Goggles, obtained during Gnome Restaurant, and the Bomber cap, a reward of the Enlightened Journey quest. It can be combined by talking with Auguste, at the starting point of Enlightened Journey. To separate the combined cap and goggles right click and choose "split". You will need to talk to Auguste to put them back together again.
