The Camo helmet, short for "Camouflage helmet", is a reward from completing the Drill Demon random event. Like all other camouflage clothing, it has no stat bonuses and is purely for show. This should not be mistaken for the camouflage used in the Hunter skill. The camo helmet does not appear to look like a helmet whenever a player talks with someone. The helmet appears more like a garrison cap. On 9 November 2009 the camouflage helmet was resized to better fit players' heads.
When it was first released, it could be traded along with the top and bottom. This was fixed shortly afterwards.
It has no combat stats. Together with other parts of the Camo set, it can be stored in a Costume box in a Player Owned House.
