The Lumbridge cabbage patch.

The cabbage patch north of Lumbridge is a small field covered with cabbages, which can be picked up (on a members world you have a chance of getting cabbage seeds from picking cabbages). When eaten, cabbages heal ten life points. You can get to the cabbage patch by walking north on the path directly once you leave the Lumbridge Castle.

Unlike the Falador cabbage patch, the Lumbridge cabbage patch had very little involvement in the 2009 April Fools event.
