Brother Kojo is the monk in charge of the Clock Tower. He is the starting point for the Clock Tower quest, and can be found on the ground floor of the Clock Tower south of Ardougne.
When the player first meets him, the clock of the tower has stopped working. This is due to the fact that the four cogs that keep the clock running have been stolen by the residents of the Clock Tower basement.
Kojo also makes watches. As the Clock Tower is so near to Ardougne, nobody actually needs them, and thus he has far too many. After talking to the Observatory professor at the Observatory, use the drop trick to get as many as needed from him.
