Brother Althric looks after the roses and cabbages in the Monastery. During Garden of Tranquility, he tells you to throw away your Ring of Charos into a well before you pick some rose seeds.
He also plays a part in Perils of Ice Mountain where his roses are damaged by Drorkar's Power Station.
