Brian is an NPC who runs the Brian's Battleaxe Bazaar in Port Sarim. He plays a small role in the One Small Favour quest.
He sells battleaxes, from bronze to adamant. Despite his quest roles, his shop is rarely visited by players, making it a good place to sell battleaxes for the least losses.
During the 2008 Hallowe'en event, players could right click Brian and gain the option to Trick or Treat him, as could most NPCS in Draynor Village, Rimmington and Port Sarim.
