A Blue wizard hat is a hat with small magical attack and defence bonus. These hats are dropped by Wizards at the Wizards' Tower and also by Imps. The hats can be purchased at Betty's Magic Emporium in Port Sarim and one can be acquired in the quest Wanted!. The hat is usually used by free-to-play mages for its bonuses.
