The Bandit shopkeeper runs Bandit Bargains and is found in a tent in the Bandit camp. All the objects that he sells help with surviving the desert. Because his shop is a general store, he is often used by players killing Bandits to un-note food by selling him the noted version and buying back the un-noted version.
NOTE: all open water, such as bowls of water and buckets of water, evaporate in the desert before players can drink it. If players are going adventuring and don't have water, they should buy waterskins and a knife to refill them, if possible.
Even though he is one of the Bandits, he does not react if players are wielding an item of Saradomin or Zamorak.
