The Avatar of Creation is one of the two avatars in the Soul Wars activity. Both avatars (This one and the Avatar of Destruction) have a combat level of 525, making the two tie for the 10th strongest monsters in RuneScape. Along with having a maximum hit of nearly 500 LP, the avatar can drain the player's Prayer.
This avatar can be found on the blue team's side of the battlefield. The required Slayer level needed to begin attacking this beast starts at 100 (meaning that no one can attack him as Slayer capes, Slayer's respite, and Wild pies are not allowed to be brought into the activity), but as players add Soul fragments to the Soul Obelisk, the avatar's power will gradually diminish and this Slayer requirement will eventually reduce to 0.
When members of the blue team bury the bones of their fallen comrades, or their slaughtered enemies in their respective graveyards, some of the avatar's Slayer level will slowly increase.

Trivia
- As with the Avatar of Destruction, the enchanted ruby bolt's special effect Blood Forfeit formerly were able to hit up to 2000 life points on the avatar, tying for the highest hit on a non-quest monster. An update reduced the maximum damage caused by ruby bolts (e) to 700.
- It is revealed in the quest Nomad's Requiem that the Avatar of Creation and the Avatar of Destruction were created by Nomad. It also seems that the Avatar of Creation has been experimented on before, and took Nomad several attempts to get the current model of the Avatar of Creation. Proof of this is seen in Nomad's temple, where the player must kill a Decaying avatar.
- The player who does the most damage to the Avatar will receive a message in their adventurer's log- "I killed the Avatar of Creation, a being of unsurpassed vitality."
- Players in-game may refer to this avatar as "Fluffy" as he has fur, while the Avatar of Destruction does not but players refer to him as "Spooky".
