Assassins are encountered near the beginning of While Guthix Sleeps, during which they attempt to assassinate Thaerisk Cemphier. It is implied that they are agents of Lucien. They appear to be wearing the same robes as a Shady Stranger. It is still unknown if the two are related in any way.
