Angry giant rat is a monster that appears during A Soul's Bane quest, or afterwards, in Tolna's rift.
During the quest, it can only be killed with Anger mace during the quest, but afterwards in the Dungeon of Tolna it can be killed with any weapon. The player does not get any experience from killing it, however, it will fill up the "rage" gauge.
After the quest, it can be used to train combat. It is the only monster in the Dungeon of Tolna that drops an item when killed.
