Ancient ceremonial boots are part of the Ancient ceremonial robes set. They are only dropped by Ancient mages and Nex in the Ancient Prison. As of the 21 February 2011 update, wearing a full set of ancient ceremonial robes allows players to proceed through the Ancient Prison without having to get kill count. However, they do not provide protection from monsters there or have any stat bonuses so food should be taken while traveling there.
They have no requirements to wear.
