Ancient artefacts (Elder Gods)

The Stone of Jas, on of several ancient artefacts that the Elder Gods used.

The Ancient artefacts are items of immense power used by the Elder Gods when they created the plane of what is now called "Gielinor".

It was long thought that the Stone of Jas was the only item that belonged to the Elder Gods (or only Jas, since there was no confirmation to wether more existed or not). This has recently changed. In a lore livestream<ref>Jagex. "RuneScape Lore Q&A Transcript.[1]" RuneScape livestream</ref>, it was confirmed by Mod Osbourne:

“	Jas isn't inside. Jas probably created this. It's one of several ancient artifacts the elder gods used to create the world.	”

This suggests the existence of more objects like the Stone of Jas.

Throughout history, the "lesser" gods (or the more popular, Major Gods) have tried to obtain one of such items. Some of them, like Guthix, Zamorak and Saradomin were successful in doing so.
