An Ancient Symbol is a grave dedicated to Zaros, also known as The Empty Lord. It is one of the six god-related statues, and it lasts up to 10 minutes. This grave, along with 9 others, can be bought from Blasidar in East Keldagrim. It costs 50,000 coins to purchase, and it can only be bought upon completion of the Desert Treasure quest.
During the Halloween 2011 event, an advertised Ancient Symbol read "Requiescat in pace. IX."
