The wounded guardian is a survivor of Lucien's assassination on the Order of the Guardians of Armadyl by a mercenary mage and several axemen. It is possible that the player kills all the mercenaries before the two guardians are killed, in which case all three of them survive, but if not successful and the other two are killed, the wounded guardian remains and tells the player to seek Idria.
Trivia
- In the chatbox, his name is Guardian of Armadyl.
- If one runs away from the battle site (out of the "cutscene area") and comes back to it, the unconscious guardian will be wounded again, the other two surviving guardians will be gone and two of the dead mercenary axemen will be gone as well.
