Smack The Tree is a game played at parties by Barbarians in Gunnarsgrunn. In the game, people take turn smacking a tree, and the first one to uproot it wins. Sigurd won the game with a flying tackle, but the tree fell into the water, with Sigurd holding on to it. When he woke up a few hours later, he was several miles down the river. This invented the Log canoe.
