Captain Ethar is a Void Knight NPC in charge of the Conquest activity involving the Void Knights. He is located in an office on the northern peninsula of the Void Knights' Outpost, along with Knight Dorian.
Ethar explains to the player what Conquest is, and also offers a short tutorial on the activity, in addition to giving out the rewards for the activity which use the same system as the Void Knights in the Pest Control activity, with the added reward of a Void knight deflector, a kind of shield. He seems to be holding an arrow, although it may simply be a baton.
