Gwir is an elf scribe in Lletya, located on the ground floor of the building that contains the Altar to Seren. Players can talk to her about their exploits in the Plague quest series (Plague City, Biohazard, Underground Pass, Regicide, Roving Elves, Mourning's Ends Part I, Mourning's Ends Part II, and Within the Light — Catapult Construction is also set in the elven lands, however it is not part of the main quest series). Afterwards, players can talk to Gwir and have her remind them of key events in these quests.
During a conversation with Gwir about the Roving Elves quest (specifically asking about Islwyn and Eluned), players mention that Glarial rests in peace, but does not have Baxtorian to rest with her. This reference may hint at a future discovery in a quest or miniquest.
