Sweetflies are fully matured sweetgrubs native to the tropical island of Mos Le'Harmless. Sweetflies can be found only in the Trouble Brewing activity and can appear randomly when baiting sweetgrub mounds with raw meat.
Unlike most monsters, sweetflies cannot be attacked. They are identical in appearance and behaviour to the now-discontinued Swarm random event as the sweetflies will constantly attack you until you run away.
