Wizard Hallam is a prominent Runecrafting theorist responsible for some of the modern understanding of runes and Magic, particularly magical energy signatures. Hallam discovered the identity of the elemental rune energy signature, which has since been extrapolated to include all runes.
Hallam cannot be found in-game, but is spoken of by the leaders of the Great Orb Project activity found in the Runecrafting Guild.
