Hari stands at the canoe station in Edgeville. If spoken to, he tells you about a underground passage to a lake in the deep Wilderness and how to make canoes. In the 15 February 2011 update that made canoes available to free-to-play, it is also no longer necessary to have a hatchet to make a canoe - Hari will lend you his hatchet for free and you will automatically return the hatchet when you are finished constructing the canoe.
Hari will tell players what the best canoe they can currently make at their Woodcutting level is.
