TzHaar-Hur-Brekt is an NPC of the TzHaar City. He is part of the TokTz-Ket-Dill quest during which he requires assistance putting together a play. He was also mentioned in Issue 29 of Postbag from the Hedge.
Hur-Brekt is apparently one of a number of TzHaar that feel the caste system of the TzHaar people should be removed. It would seem many older TzHaar disagree with this notion, and that this could lead to internal conflicts within the TzHaar people.

Trivia
- TzHaar-Hur-Brekt's name is a reference to Bertolt Brecht, a German playwright, his play is a reference to Brecht's Threepenny Opera, and his character in the play, TokTz-Ket-Ek-Mack, is a reference to the Brecht villain in that same work, "Mack the Knife". Additionally, the song that is sung in the beginning is a "TzHaar-ified" version of Die Moritat von Mackie Messer.
