Eoin is an elven child in the lodge of Lletya. He can easily be found in Lletya square playing tag with his brother, Iona. When talked to, he will say that he cannot stop to talk or else Iona will catch him. He plays tag with Iona commonly. Like all elves, Eoin's name is derived from Welsh.
