A Floor decoration can be built in a player-owned house. It is found in the Throne room in the floor hotspot. It requires 61 Construction and 5 Mahogany planks to build. Unlike the other things that can be built in the floor hotspot, this is purely for decoration. Pulling the lever will not cause the floor decoration to do anything.
This can sometimes be misleading, as when examining the floor decoration, it says "What could happen on this spot?"
