TzHaar-Mej-Kah is the proprietor of the TzHaar Fight Pits. He will guide you through the activity of Tzhaar Fight Pits if you talk to him. If you happen to stay long enough, it will say he has grown impatient and you will start getting hit 10's. TzHaar-Mej-Kah seems to be a really old Tzhaar, he is actually one of the oldest Tzhaars in the city.
