Elisabeta is a young and enigmatic human female, and the leader and mayor of the sprawling, ruined town of Burgh de Rott, a rebel settlement in southern Morytania which stands in defiance against the region's vampyric overlords, specifically Lord Lowerniel Vergidiyad Drakan, the leader of the country who demands blood tithes from the populace. Burgh De Rott remains hidden from vampyric control, in spite of its proximety to the Sanguinesti Region, because the vampyres think that the town is deserted.
Elisabeta, while only young, is a resourceful woman and a great asset to the town, which struggles desperately for survival. Elisabeta spurs the Burgh de Rott refugees, who live in little more than hovels and have so little food that they're forced to eat rats and fungus. During the quest In Aid of the Myreque, Elisabeta features as a key character, instructing the player on what to do next and giving the Myreque permission to use the basement of Burgh de Rott's inn as their new base of operations.
After the quest, Elisabeta can be spoken to and praises the player for their work repairing the General store, furnace and bank of Burgh de Rott, but she has no other uses thus far. However, she still leads the survivors of Burgh de Rott well.
After finishing In Aid of the Myreque, she will say "How on Earth did you manage..." instead of "How on Gielinor...". no:Elisabetha
